Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of KhataSentry (Owner Watchdog for TallyPrime), operated by Pratik Poddar, India. By installing the agent or using the service you agree to them.

The service

KhataSentry reads data from your TallyPrime company through a Windows agent and sends you alerts and reports by phone push notification and email. It requires TallyPrime on Windows with its XML port (9000) enabled, and the PC to be on and online for syncing (every 15 minutes).

Plans and billing

The Free plan is free. Pro costs ₹99 per month after a 7-day free trial and is billed monthly by UPI Autopay through Razorpay. You can cancel anytime from your UPI app or by emailing pratik.phodu@gmail.com. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email of any price change.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to access the TallyPrime company you connect and to share its data with us for this purpose. Keep your account and devices secure.

No guarantee

We work hard to make alerts accurate and timely, but they can be delayed or missed (for example when the PC is off, TallyPrime is closed or a network fails). KhataSentry is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for your own checks or your accountant's review.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using KhataSentry at any time. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. On closure, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

TallyPrime is a trademark of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. KhataSentry is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Tally Solutions.

Governing law and contact
