How it works
- Install the agent on your Tally PC. A small Windows agent reads your TallyPrime company on the same PC through TallyPrime's XML port (9000). It only reads; it never changes entries.
- It syncs every 15 minutes. While the PC and TallyPrime are on, new and changed data is sent securely (HTTPS) to KhataSentry.
- Add the phone app. Open the link on your phone, tap Add to Home Screen and allow notifications. Android (Chrome) and iPhone (iOS 16.4+).
- Get alerts. Push notifications on your phone, with an email copy of every alert and report.

Which TallyPrime versions are supported?
TallyPrime on Windows. A small Windows agent runs on the same PC as TallyPrime and reads it through TallyPrime's built-in XML port (9000). It syncs every 15 minutes while the PC and TallyPrime are on.
How do alerts reach me?
Through an installable phone web app: open the link, tap Add to Home Screen, and allow notifications. Works on Android (Chrome) and iPhone (iOS 16.4 or later). Every alert also comes as an email copy.
Do I need to install anything on my phone from an app store?
No. The phone app is a web app you add to your home screen — no app store download.
How does billing work?
Pro is ₹99/month after a 7-day free trial, billed monthly by UPI Autopay through Razorpay. Cancel anytime from your UPI app or by emailing us; cancelling stops the next debit.
Is my data safe?
Data travels over HTTPS and is used only to produce your alerts and reports. We never sell your data or show ads. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Will my staff know KhataSentry is installed?
The agent runs quietly on the Tally PC. It only reads data; it does not lock, edit or slow down TallyPrime.
What if a deletion happens while the PC is offline?
The agent keeps a local snapshot and a queue, so changes are detected and sent on the next sync once the PC is back online.
